The Service enables users to join online calls, record audio (and where applicable video), transcribe conversations, and generate notes, summaries, and analytical insights using artificial intelligence under the note1 platform.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all meeting participants have been properly informed and have given legally valid consent to being recorded and analyzed by the Service.

This includes compliance with all applicable laws regarding:

Employment and workplace monitoring

We make no representation that the Service is lawful to use in all jurisdictions or contexts.

You must not use the Service to record or analyze meetings where recording is prohibited by law or where required consent has not been obtained.

6. User Content

6.1 Definition

"User Content" includes meeting audio, video, transcripts, notes, summaries, and any other content submitted to or generated by the Service in connection with your use.

6.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, analyze, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

8. Acceptable Use

9. Team and Business Accounts

Business users may create team accounts and invite multiple users. By doing so, you agree to:

Assign a team administrator responsible for managing access and permissions.
Ensure that all team members comply with these Terms.
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under the team account.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain User Content only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may delete your content or close your account, subject to reasonable technical and legal limitations.
